BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Payment of deposit indicates acceptance of these conditions.
• Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is prior to 12 midday.
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Balance of tariff is payable prior to arrival.
• If less than one month notice of cancellation is given, the deposit is forfeited unless the house is rebooked for the same period at the same rate.
• Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
• A fold-away bed is available.
• Not ideal for children.
• Maximum of 12 guests.
• Large parties or functions can only take place by prior arrangement.
• The property is to be left as you found it. Damage, loss and/or additional cleaning to be paid for by the person in who's name the booking was made. That person authorises any such payment upon his/her credit card.
• Burncroft is a non-smoking environment. Smoking outside is allowed.
• Sorry, no pets.
• Minimum two night stay at all times.
• Bookings failing to show will forfeit full amount of booking.
• All refunds attract a $25.00 administration fee.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard.
